Refund Policy

We support free return service, and customers can apply for return application within 60 days after receiving the purchased goods. All eligible products that meet the return conditions can initiate return procedures within the specified time limit.

All qualified return applications enjoy free return service, customers do not need to bear any return-related expenses, effectively reducing your shopping risk and after-sales cost.

After we receive and complete inspection on the returned goods to confirm no damage, wear and man-made damage, we will start the formal refund process. The whole refund process will be completed within 5 to 10 working days, and the fund will be returned to the original payment account in full.

Products with obvious man-made damage, obvious wear traces, missing original accessories, private customization modification and damaged complete packaging are not allowed to apply for return. We reserve the final right to judge the qualification of returned goods.

All shopping transactions on the platform are settled in unified US dollars, and all refund amounts will be calculated and returned in accordance with the original transaction currency and original payment amount without arbitrary deduction.
